Hi I am having frequent fainting and sudden about to fall symptom. I am having sailing in air feeling while I am sleeping and waking up with motion. Also I feel palpitations and burping . Also I feel dizzy and gastric. I am suffering with these problems from past one year I have not got any proper diagnosis. Also I have head heaviness and sweating sometimes.
