Need paracetamol dosage for my daughter who is experiencing fever from yesterday. Was giving 4 ml from paracetamol 2.5 mg drop. Is it correct. Increased to 5 ml later as temp was not dripping

From a syrup of Paracetamol 120mg/5mL, you can give 4 to 6mL dose, every 6 to 8 hours, not exceeding a total of 25mL per day. This dose is for a child who weighs 10kg.

Give crocin or any paracetamol suspension (120mg/5 ml) 6.5 ml every 6-8 hours depending on the temperature.The cause of fever should be determined by visiting a pediatrician in your area.
