Hello sir I want to share an incident happened with me few months ago Out of nowhere I got fever of 101-102°f I tried dolo 650 mg but my fever never goes below 99° So after 2 days we thought to see for a doctor he suggest me some paracitamol tablets some antibiotics and an injection of monosef I was sitting in sofa while taking injection (IV) And when our medical helper start injecting medicine in my veins within seconds my vision got completely black, I completely lost sight and hearing capability, I wasn't able to hear my parents voice clearly but I was able to speak And my ears and face also started getting very hot, then I lie down and after few minutes I started getting normal again Now my question is I have taken this injection many times in past but this was the first time I experienced something like this So I wanna ask is it normal or did my medical staff did something wrong or is it a sign of something else, and is there any precautions which I should be looking for.

I sometimes experience a tight squeezing pressure sensation or pain for a few seconds, especially when i am about to sleep at night and also it happens at normal day time

Respected Dr., My dog playfully bit me near my nose. i dont know it is from teeth or from nail. But my dog is fully vaccinated against rabies. His next rabies shot is to be given in May 2024. I cleansed the scratch with dettol antiseptic solution. So i want to ask if i need a rabies vaccine shot ? My mother is having alot pain in her thigh area which is un tolerable, day before yesterday she was sitting whole night in a chair and praying namaz, after that she is not able to be in standing position, when ever she stands she is complaining that something is twitching and her nerve is getting to cut out she feels like, while in laying there is only little pain but in standing and walking pain is in extreme level, so she is bending a little bit and walking for bathroom that too in pain. She is also having osteoarthritis Grade 3 in left Knee and the pain of thigh is also on left side. I also massage her unwnowkingly with a massager and now the pain is even more. What is these what to do, doctor told muscle spasm and given myofree 4 thrice and gabapin nt 300 at night is it OK. How many days it will take is it serious

Hello doctor I am having grade 1 fatty liver. Can acetylcysteine help me to reverse the fatty infiltration? I am taking Mucinac 200 once daily and liv 52 DS twice a day. Am I on the right treatment? my LFT report is normal .

I have this every year during Feb March ...what is this ? And what is the treatment of this .. it's hard and a bit uncomfortable...photo attached

Hi Doctors, Greetings ! For quite some time, I have pain in my right side of flanks or sides when I lay on my right side on bed. Also, when I press at that area, I can feel the pain. But there is jo pain in walking moving lifting or resting otherwise. Also, from the past week, when I did some stretching, there is pain under my ribs and back of ribs on the right lower side of ribs. The pain is only when I flex the ride side or bend to the right side. Can someone suggest what could be the issue ? NOTE: I had done ultrasound sometime back, and no stones were detected

12 year old girl (just turned 12) having pink eyes with watery discharge. She got cold Janaury 25th continued  for 8 days treated with antibiotics nebulizer 4 days and again cold returned from last 5 days with pink eye.is that interlinked ? She is suffering from last one year with multiple cold coughs. She suddenly gets sneezing watery eyes.she  got 2 times sudden eye swelling in one year. They went off. It all started from past December 2023 .she got first period in june. Need guidance.pleaae. which doctor to visit . Is she struggling with allergies .

When I eat breakfast or lunch after that I feel my head is heavy and falling filling at that heart beat is close to 100.I also chcked bp it is around 124/70 at that time. After few times it come down to normal then there is heavy head but not that much. It also interrupt my day to day activities. I also done all blood test lft kft ecg cholestrol diabetes all are normal. My weight is normal and exercising daily. So I want to know why I feeling like this what is the reason?
