Is 1-2 skipped beats in a day normal or cause of worry? Given that ecg echo tmt and blood tests are normal. Exercise tolerance is also there.

Had cbc today and it showed very high rdw...my bit b12 is low ...iron is normal...my hb is also normal but rdw continuously increasing since last test what should be done regarding it is it something serious
