I got a small cut on my hand from a rusty pipe in my bathroom and I just recently took the tetanus bett 0.5 vaccine in September 1st week . Do I need to get another shot?

My mothers age is 72. Suddenly around 15/20 days back some blackish marks appeared on her forehead. There is no itchy or burning feeling on the marks. No liquid is coming out from these marks. Since then she is applying coconut oil , but the marks are still there. Marks seems to be fading but not much. Dry skin are coming out from those marks as well. What could be the reason behind these marks on her forehead and kindly suggest some medicines / treatment. Attached a picture for your reference.

Hello Doctor I had  vitamin b12 deficiency in Nov 23 after Doctor suggested I am taking 1500mcg every day till now. My b12 value was 96 only. So it is safe have tablet daily and for how many days I can continue.
