Is it jaundice or start of jaundice ?
Hello I am from Nepal So the situation is 1. 19/02/2024 Did usg of abdomen and pelvis And urine test There's no BILIRUBIN in URINE In usg there is 7.8 mm sized hyperechoic lesion noted in segment VII Hemangioma in right lobe of liver Now on date 27th june (Latest) I started to have headaches thought it was dengue Did my test BILIRUBIN is higher in blood The below is my test result Is it jaundice or my liver is failing or is it starting phase Or is it just increasing And last time I drank was on June 20 So how to minimize it I have done the lft-2 comphrehensive test Other lft test range is normal It seems like isolated rise of bilirubin without elevation of liver enzymes.

U hav indirect bilirubin raised That means it could be hepatic r pre haptic causes Based on u r usg findings-Hemangioma over segment 7 of the liver Liver hemangioma could be from parenchyma So there is justification for rise in your indirect bilirubin Need some details for further management

Bilirubin is a little high. Do daily walk 30 minutes per day. Avoid alcohol and hepatotoxic drugs. Do consult.
