Can we take tetanus injection after 48 hours of a scratch wound ?
Not sure if completed the tetanus vaccine course in childhood.. last injection taken in August 2022

Hello Doctors,
I was diagnosed with Dengue on 11th May with platelet count of 115000.
I did a check again on 12th it came as 120000.
I did it again today it came as 79000.
Please help what can I do.
I do not have fever, very less body pain but feeling very tired.

Pseudoephedrine Decongestant
I am plan on using the above for an upcoming flight to avoid Barosinusitus even though I have recently had Balloon Sinuplasty
I plan to use this as a one off measure eg 60mg etc
I am currently taking Fluoxetine and Propanolol
Will this be ok as a one off approach to ensure sinuses are open?

Do he needs to start cholesterol medicine and if he started will he have to take it lifetime
