Hello, I took a tetanus shot around 7-8 months ago. Today I got a cut on my cheek with a beard trimmer. The trimmer was in a table for like 2 months so probably dust was there in the blade. Do I need to take another tetanus shot now for the cut? Thanks!

L'm 29 years old male, have gastric problem.From 2 days have chest discomfort and upperback pain. Mild breathing difficulty, hence took ECG today. Could you please examine and confirm? Just to rule out any cardiac related issues. The junior doctor here is not good and directly said there is some issues in heart like Mild ST Elevation on V4, V5 and V6.
