I am feeling joint pain( hands and back pain) during night time, During morning time I am comfortable, but pain starts soon when I enter bed. This pain persists till the next morning until I take a bath. Surprisingly it will go after taking a bath. Kindly suggest any medicine 💊

Hello doctor, I am having pain in back side since last 15-20 days. Yesterday I went to ortho doctor we had x ray- he said bones other things are normal but because of gas he could not see if any stone is there. I had jock itch problem 1.5 months back for which i took medicines and ut subsided. Then after 15-20 days it returned and this time happened in the folds of the buttocks. I am 23 yr old. I have pain under my left eye only and sometimes the outer corner of left eye and also the cheek bone hurts while pressing (left side only). Went to eye specialist he said everything is fine. Consultant homeopathy he said I have sinus. Paranasal xray was done and nasal septum is deviated right, maxillary and frontal are clear. All thyroid, CBC, Liver tests are normal. But after I caught a cold from 3 days my pain is getting worse only on left eye and sometimes forehead pain. While I bend down I can feel pressure on my eyes and forehead (only from past 3 days). Even went to dentist for gum or cavity problem but dentist said everything is fine. What to do?
