Hello doctor, yesterday at night i got injury which removed my whole toe nail. I cleaned it with warm water and applied iodine oitment and neosprin powder. Today on opening it looked like pus. I am attaching pic before and after cleaning wound. Please suggest what to do next as. I got hurt from wall at home do i need tt shot? Its orange because i applied turmeric as i did not have dettol present at home at night.

My father has been suffering from high triglycerides,doctor suggested Rosuvas F5(stating tablets) My father also underwent forAngiogram test,but there is no blocks inside the heart after test.But doctor suggested Clopidogrel 75mg tablet for 90 days. My father discontinued after 90 days,yesterday he has mild chest pain.even before he discontinued Rosuvas F5 later he suffered for high cholesterol again 1) We can continue Clopidogrel 75mg and Rosuvas F5 for longtime mandatory? 2) Is Clopidogrel 75mg is better to intake Along with Rosuvas Fs after food 3) these tablets uses for longtime even he didn't underwent for any heart angioplasty or any other heart operations?

Hi, I had a small cut today in my finger today which caused bleeding because of an iron...I took the tetanus injection 2 months ago..Should I again take the tetanus injection for this wound?

I had my toe nail broken 2 days ago which now feels better in pain still cant walk. Attaching image. Condition of wound is also better but i can see kind of swelling on bottom side. Do i need antibiotics for wound. Also i had tt vaccine 1.5 months ago, do i need to redo? If antibiotics needed please suggest name. A fish bone is stucked in my throat. It's 24 hours. No any specific discomfort. But when I swallow I can feel that something is stucked. I eat banana, rice. But it doesn't go away. What to do?? Can I drink little quantity of vinegar? Does it help?
