I am having headache from past 1 week . The headache is very mild Sometimes it is on the left ,then it moves behind then it goes to top .. in short it is not on one side No other symptoms The pain is not continuous. It lasts for sometimes goes and then comes back. What could be the reason.

I was drinking from past some months and now suddenly two three days ago I got dizzy and foggy head i checked my Bo it was 145/100 so I quit drinking the next day it remain the same then another day it goes down to 130/94 and still always the reading is above 125/88 to 132/92 and I was stressed now and suddenly my head start dizzy and vertigo and i checked it's again 145/102 then I lie down and checked after 5 min it comes 131/95 I am confused what is the cause of this and why my head feels so heavy and stressed ,dizzy ,vertigo sometimes is this the effect of alcohol or is it the combo of stress and alcohol what treatment I should seek what to do am I going to be alright pls help

Hello Sir, Mam.. my problem is that I developed gas and bloating in my stomach.. it takes effort to pass it and it gets accumulated. When this happens, then this pushes pressure in my chest and my heart rate increases.. increased pressure also causes me some weird chest pain.. when I'm able to pass the gas with lot of difficulties, then that pressure reduces and heart rate starts coming back to normal.. I have taken medicines as well but it has not improved the problem. Please suggest me what to do.
