I have some cactus at home . Some doctor say if i got hurt by cactus spine then tetanus is needed some say tetanus not needed. Can someone please explain with right information.

Dear Sir/ ma'am My mother was bitten by a street dog, and the physician prescribed Ars (immunoglobulin) and ARV (intradermal) 0.1 ml, along with a TT injection on the day of admission. We have a doubt regarding the intradermal route for the ARV vaccine. We read that 0.1 ml intradermal ARV should be given on two sites. Is this two separate injections of 0.1 ml ARV administered intradermally on two separate sites in the deltoid, or is it half the dose of 0.1 ml ARV injected on one deltoid site and the other half on a different site? My mother received only one injection of 0.1 ml intradermal ARV on the first day. Do we need to take two injections of 0.1 ml intradermal ARV on two different sites? Your assistance is appreciated.
