Hello Sir, Mam.. my problem is that I developed gas and bloating in my stomach.. it takes effort to pass it and it gets accumulated. When this happens, then this pushes pressure in my chest and my heart rate increases.. increased pressure also causes me some weird chest pain.. when I'm able to pass the gas with lot of difficulties, then that pressure reduces and heart rate starts coming back to normal.. I have taken medicines as well but it has not improved the problem. Please suggest me what to do.

Dear Sir/ ma'am Three days ago, my mother was bitten by a dog, and the bite was classified as grade 3. Today, while dressing her wound with normal saline and betadine, I used a 10 ml syringe to wash the wound with normal saline. When I pushed the syringe forcefully, normal saline sprayed out onto the wound. Due to the vigorous push, many drops of normal saline splashed back into my eye from the  inflected wound where dog bite occurred. I am concerned; could I contract rabies? Will I suffer from rabies?
