I have been to hospital 22 days back and got treated for type 2 diabetes ( gestation diabetes). I am on medication but after eating and while sleeping I am having discomfort and tenderness on right lower ribs. Any advice..

Can sepsis return after being hospitalized for 4 days for treating sepsis which caused due to fistula ? As after returning from hospital on the 7th day ,she got fever despite having antibiotics and as Dr ha said to operate the fistula as soon as possible since it seems that before 16th it's not possible so can she wait till 16th as she is facing fever but she is on antibiotics?
