I have had a pain near my neck that has now shifted to medial deltoid and bicep . It starts paining at night . What can be the cause ? I am very scared. I was a chronic smoker but I left it . My chest xray didn't show anything abnormal

When I fart, It doesn't come out and stops at bottom, then I have to put a bit pressure to pass. I'm suffering from constipation. Stool comes at bottom but I can't empty bowel. Which kind of blockage it can be? How can I cure it?

It started with pain in my throat initially in my whole throat with difficulty in swallowing and fever which is 99.5 since Friday till today then the left and right side of the throat is in pain but I can swallow But I have lost the taste , I feel hungry but when I eat I cannot eat full as it doesn't taste good Now the fever gap has increased with a decrease in throat pain now coughing and runny nose started I m still feeling lethargic and if I eat little I feel full for a longer time as if food is not digested

Hello everyone i hope you help me i am very much stressed with this thing.a kitten living in our backyard scratched me on my thigh on 29th feb i washed the scratch properly for 10 min n it was very minor scratches through my trouser and i got vaccinated from government hospital but they didn't gave me rabies immunoglobulin. I asked them they said you dont need it its very minor. Its been 11 days now and i have got 3 shots of ARV i am very much stressed about it very very much i dont know what to do. I again went to them they said uh dont need it maybe i am overthinking but i am scared very much. The cat is alive after 11 days and shows no signs of rabies. Please help In pic next to dot it has even disappeared now
