I am having high bp while I do little activity doc said it's cuz of stress and anxiety tension and prescribed me inderal 10 with nexito plus want to know does inderal control high bp and my heart rate is 65-76 is it ok if I take inderal does it make heart beat more slow

My father has no bowel movement for 4 days even after having laxative. He has nausea and vomitted twice in the morning. He has no urge to eat anything. He is 62 years old. My mother, aged 72, developed blackish marks on her forehead approximately a month ago. These marks have been gradually changing shape over time. They do not cause itching nor discharge any liquid. Following consultation with a dermatologist around a week ago, she began using Elocon cream and taking Atarax 10 mg. While the marks appear to be fading slowly, Iseek guidance on further treatment options. I have attached pictures of her forehead, showing the stages of the marks. Also please let me know is Elocon is the right cream for such marks.

Today i have tested uric acid, my uric acid level is 7.6 report attached , I feel mild pain on  feet ..please advise which medicine should I take and prevention.

Dolo 650 is not reducing fever completely ..it s till 99.1 after 4 hours .Should I use Meftal Forte .and can i have them alternate and what is the gap for Meftal P in a day. Symptoms Headache and Fever Weight : 88
