Hi. Iam type 2 diabetic patient my hbalc value 5.9 so is this reversal in future now what should I do how to reduce sugar levels please suggest and please find attached report

I am 36y old mother of 2 young kids. I'm a home maker and manage everything single handedly. I Husband lives in different city. had lap cholecystectomy last year in August. My problem is , whenever there is travel out of home involved for a few days - eg, some kind of official work or outstation travel, I'm feeling sick. Getting slight fever and light loose motions then down for 3-4 days with fatigue and general "not feeling well at all". Kindly suggest how to manage this and why this happens... There have been 2-3 such instances.

Hello I have taken health checkup attached my pap smear test report kindly go through it and let me whether it is normal or not

For the last 1 year i am feeling very weak. Taking good diet also daily walking. I reqular check my blood sugar, thyroid, urine, kidney, liver. Everthing normal. Why i am becoming weak day by day. All body joint pain and cracking sound feeling weak. In 2018 i was diagnosed with ibs. But cured. After that i am becoming weak day by day. Hair also greying fast. Face look dull. Taking 7 hour sleep also. My stool sometimes soilid sometimes loose. I dont know this happening with me. Maybe my body is not absorbing nutrient. Whenever I start taking supplement. I feel change in my body. But Mujhe dar lagta hai ki Itni kam age Mein Mujhe itne supplement lena safe hai or not. I am just 31.i will be very thankfull for ur guidance 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Hi I am 33years old ... Am having diabetes for past 2yrs, am now experiencing joint pains all the day ... While standing/walking after sitting for long tym I can't able to walk normally ... Pain in hip joints, ankle joints and fingers in foot. At night tyms feeling the hip n thigh joints pain . Couldn't carry heavy object (even 2kgs) for sometimes feel the pain in elbow joints and even in fingers. If I had mutton or chicken I feel pain in teeth.... Am physically active ... Regularly doing walking.. walk for 2kms approx in morning daily. Wat can I do to overcome this pain. Pls help me.

Whenever I do health checkup my cholesterol and triglycerides 236, 313 ,I am pure vegetarian, and taking duloxitene from last two year as prescribed by my rheumatologist, and diet habits is controlled else my triglycerides always coming high from last year , is anti depressants Duloxitene Placida can elevate triglycerides??
