Hello My husband who is 40 years old started developing purple soft spots on tongue as shown in picture below.. he has bp problem and takes telma 40 once a day.. his weight is 106kg.. he has been working in night shifts since 11 years.. i am very much concerned about those spots.. i told him many times to visit a doctor but we dont understand to which specialists we need to approach and what is the cause of those spots?? Pls advise.. i have attached his tongue picture ..

Hello , I am facing pricking at few spots on my right feet. Before this I had pain near left heel and I was putting more pressure on right leg... Is that the reason for pricking now?? I consulted local doctor and he said it's because of stress applied on another leg.. Could you please guide me how to get relief from this.
