Dizziness .
I felt like dizziness from last 5 days and headaches also I tested my BP which was normal and blood sugar test after 2 hours of meal which came normal Currently I am skipping my breakfast and snacks for 5 days in a week and only drink tea 2 times and lunch and dinner Please tell me what could be the reason behind it

Never skip your breakfast and take a healthy breakfast every morning as it is the source of energy through out the day . You can have a light dinner instead Secondly do 40 to 45 mins of physical activity daily Relieve stress and do mind relaxation activities
