Swelling and pain after Tetanus injectio

Hi, My wife has recently taken a Tetanus injection,along with Rabbies one after a street cat scratched her . While there is no pain at site of Rabbies injection,but there is visible swelling and bad pain at Tetanus injection place(arm). Gases (fart) immediately after lunch

There is sudden gas built up and pass in form of farts almost immediately within 30 minutes to 1 hour after eating a decent lunch. There is urge to poop but it's just gases built up which pass... after the Passage of gases I feel back to normal again. Is this something to do with diet?

Hi Dr, I have hypothyroidism im taking thyronorm 50mg tab, shelcal 500 daily nd lumia 60k at weekly from past 4 months but im facing lots of tiredness, knew pain, weight loss. Present TSH is in normal but Antibody TPO/Anti microsomal count is 32.7 is there is any problem.? I used to take any other treatment.?
