After 2 days of eating out .. i had a bad diarrhoea in the morning with 101.6 fever.. took rifagut200 and redotil twice a day . today is 3rd day .. i still have stomach ache after meal and need to go to loo immediately with loose motion how many days will it take to heal?

Hello Doctors, I need your guidance. I have been in constant fear of N Fowleri infection as I use underground water stored in overhead tank. I know most of use the same and draw using submersible pumps. To ease my fear, can I use Chlorine tablets that come for 500/1000 L tanks like that from Aquapura, Ef-Chlor etc? Is it safe to use? I read on Google that if chlorine reacts with any bio waste it can lead to by products that are carcinogenic. Please guide me how I can make my water safe to bath and wash face etc without fearing this infection as it is affecting my life.
