Persistent coughing for 2 weeks ,missed periods 6 days late stomach is tight while pressing and stomach cramping sometimes .

Nowadays ROs are available with different features. -Mineraliser is common which adds ca and Mg to filtered water. - Then there are some models that add cu and zn as well. - Also there are features available to make water alcaline which helps in better digestion. Please suggest if it is good to use RO with all these features? Or is there some specific feature which is not good to have for long term use? I have 12 yr and 16 yr old sons and 70 yr old parents living with us who consume RO water along with me and my husband who are 46 yr old. Regards
