Hi,
Since yesterday, I've been experiencing cramps in my upper stomach whenever I eat or drink. Last night, I had watery diarrhea, which has continued this morning. Could someone please suggest a medicine to relieve the cramps and stop the diarrhea? I am currently traveling and do not have access to a doctor. Thanks in advance.
