My BP is constant 130/90 is it normal.
From 1 year whenever i do my BP check its shows 130/90 sometimes 130/60 and 130/80. What are the steps I must take to lower down it to 120/80 and diet. My age is 22 male.

Don't worry, usually blood pressure depends on many other factors... Amount of work you do, medication you take, stress etc etc .so dont get panic get a consultation and discuss everything with doctor

Its normal , no need to worry . Just do some lifestyle changes like weight management, dietry changes and do exercise daily. But if in future your BP will raise more than 130/90 . Kindly consult.
