Flu

Today afternoon, I went to meet my friend. I had to undertake a bus journey of 3 hours.. then, after meeting him, I again came back on the bus only. So I did a total journey of six hours in extreme heat. During the journey did not feel much issue except fast heart rate and thirst. But now that I have come home, I'm feeling very unwell... despite putting cold water and bathing, my body feels very hot. I am feeling nausea. I think I have got affected by the heat. Please suggest me how can I get better?

I was having periods pain then I took 2 drotin ds for it...after that I fell asleep followed by itching of lips a bit and tingling sensation (photo attached) what is this ... basically there is redness at 2 or more spots and dryness...what is this and what should I do about this

He stopped eating anything.. We got h hospitalized.. He had an anema.. After that he started eating.. Now again his stomach become hard.. He has constipation.. It's been one week... We used some threa like thing put in his anus.. But nothing works yet.. Is it something serious.. What is the solution?

My mother is 60 years old height 5'1 . She was always like 50-55 range in weight. Since 3-4 years she is not gaining any weight. Infact her weight is decreasing day by day and currently she is 38kg . She is taking proper meals but still no improvement. This makes her to worry about her health. She has also developed anxiety issues for which she is not taking any meds. Her tests comes normal. What could be the possible reason for loosing weight?

Hello doctor, yesterday at night i got injury which removed my whole toe nail. I cleaned it with warm water and applied iodine oitment and neosprin powder. Today on opening it looked like pus. I am attaching pic before and after cleaning wound. Please suggest what to do next as. I got hurt from wall at home do i need tt shot? Its orange because i applied turmeric as i did not have dettol present at home at night.
