Hello sir my father is 52 years old His average BP is 100/65 And he is feeling weakness specially at morning Few months back he is diagnosed with a deficiency of vitD, vitB12 and anemia But now the reports are better Currently vitD is 27.5 And VitB12 is at 361 and Hb is at 12.2 And iron cerum at 142 But he is still feeling very weak every morning He is taking Tayototal Absolute 3G Farium XT Also we have checked for diabetes but his blood sugar level was completely normal So I wanted to ask how can we help in reducing the weakness And what is the main culprit behind all this

What is the difference between Cephalexin vs Amoxicillin?? How do doctors decide which one to give for an issue like navel infection?

Hi doc I am taking hhomega capsule daily one at night since 20 days(prescribed by my dermatologist).I need to know if I can take dolo 650 along with hhomega capsule, as i am feeling little bit feverish and having body ache?there wont be any interactions or side effects due to the combo of both these medicines right? The lump is seen since 3-4 days and it is painless. I have a history of allergy sneezes due to weather changes or dust. Allergy was acting up since last 3-4 days. Consulted a doctor and usg was suggested. The report states- "Well defined hypochoic lesion measuring around ~7 x 2.4 mm noted in subcutaneous plane. It shows central fatty hilum and internal vascularity. -- features likely of mildly enlarged retroauricular lymph node." Should this be concerning? Any help in understanding the report would be appreciated.

My dr gave me medicine and ors for watery stools but didnot tell how much ors to take and for how many days I took 2 tetra packs of ors 200ml each on day of watery stools . When they stopped next day after medicine, i took nimbu pani with salt and sugar and buttermilk and stopped ors. Should i still take ors when no stools are there ?
