I had took vitamin d tablets for 14 weeks till now vitamin d3 60k one tablet once a week and doctor told to take more 4 tablets to take i am worried that taking more tablets of vitamin d cause kidney issue

My friend (female, 27+ years, weight -62 kg) had a fever a couple of days ago. Since then her blood pressure has shot up (140/100). She is experiencing shoulder pain as well.
