Eosinophil level 18% how should I know it is due to allergy or parasitic infection or bacterial infection... chest x ray is normal. Please reply I am worried doctors

Hello, I was hoping of these attached reports from lft and CBC could be better explained to me as to what is wrong. I have had stomach ache for a few months but I was prescribed gastric medicines and rantach d so there's no more pain. However, I have lost appetite and am nauseous most times. I have attached the latest reports and prescription.

My legs are paining since last 2 days. very difficult to sleep at night any suggestions any pain killer for time being

There is some itching inside the ear.I use mustard oil and it give relief for some days.But it repeats again and again.

My eosinophil level 18% and total number of WBC is 9,800 per cubic mm. I have arised so many symptoms... like head paining, abdominal pain, diarrhea, headache, vision problem like not able to see clearly... please reply is it from allergy to cold or parasitic infection. Doctor has advised not to take cold things...and given "  Tab Azitharal 500 , Montigress fx , Hetrazan 100 mg , Ivor ftc. "  Please reply I am depressed clearly answer if sir or mam...is it allergy due to cold things or a bacterial infection or parasitic infection or worm infection.

I have a feeling of cigarettes smell , and dry mouth bad breath ,I was diagnosed with rhinic sinusitis  . The doctor gave some medicines. The doctor saying everything is fine ,but I still have cigarettes/smoke like smell and bad breath

I am planning to tattoo my husbands name on my chest. Are there any side effects ? Do I have to proceed or stop it? I am planning for a baby in 6 months. Will that impact on breast feeding ?

Hello doctors, My weight is 93 and my age is 34 female. from the past 15 days, I have had feet pain alot.. not able to walk or stand more than an hour.. recently, I took a blood test and got lipid profile as 220 total cholesterol and hemoglobin is 9.. Hii I am anemic have look my reports results PERIPHERAL SMEAR , WHOLE BLOOD EDTA report RBC- MICROCYTIC HYPOCHROMIC WBC WITHIN NORMAL LIMITS PLATELETS -THROBOCYTOSIS NO HEMOPARASITES SEEN IMPRESSION: MICROCYTIC HYPOCHROMIC WITH THROBOCYTOSIS. I am anemic my iron level is 24, my hemoglobin is 11.4 , I have severe b12 deficiency and vitamin d deficiency also... I m taking supplements from last 3 months but my iron level not improved but decreased from 46 to 24 ,but my hemoglobin improved it was 10.4 ,three months ago but today it is 11.4 . Please tell me do I have cancer like disease ??according my peripheral test report. I don't have fever or any kind of symptoms but I have anemia pls pls reply i m very tense .
