Hello I took my complete health check up on 2 June 24 ...and diagnosed with liver issue...my numbers are bilirubin(total) 1.8,   direct 0.3,    indirect 1.5,             sgot 81,     sgpt 163.3,     ggt 92.7,    sgot/sgpt 0.5... Earlier i diagnosed with fatty liver. Now I am taking diet precautions..I have 2 questions...I am taking medicines for depression...one medicine arip 5mg cause acidity to me...can this medicine affect my liver in bad way??? 2nd is ..I go to gym..so after these my liver readings...can I take high protien diet...like 2 whole eggs, 100 gm paneer and 30 gm whey protien daily...is it possible??

Low iron and vitamin D ...also haemoglobin is low. My iron count is 17 and haemoglobin is 10.8and vitamin d is severely low at 7. Feeling of weakness and fatigue prevails throughout the day

My sister is 19 years old and her weight is 46kg, recently she is complaining of lymph nodes in throat since 2 months , sometimes low pain is there, she is feeling weakness also. I got vaccinated with 3 doses of abhayarub 2 months before due to a dog scratch… now a sick dog sneezed in my face and licked my finger which I washed later and saw there wasn't any cut in my finger… but for the sneeze in my face i am worried… should I take vaccine again for safety because the dog is really sick and left eating it might have rabies I don't know i used to feed it and used to play with him so I definitely touched him and i didn't notice he was sick it has been 15 days now he left eating and eats really less… luckily I was vaccinated with 3 doses and now the dog appears to be sick… Should I take vaccine again for the sneeze in my face and lick in my thumb by the sick dog after 2 months of 3 doses of abhayarub or I am safe… please reply I am worried... What should I do for safety now
