5 years ago dog bite me that time I not take any vaccine due to lack of awareness, after 5 years I know about I know about rabies.. now i am in the stress. How much of me get a rabies..i also take 3 shorts of Arv this year

Few days ago I had frequent urge to urinate but after having antibiotics it was treated but from tomorrow I am having again urge to urinate not that much as the previous one problem. When I exercise my weight increase. Swelling at ankle in the morning and after exercise. Difficulty to focus. Shivering in fingers while typing or doing any activity. Do I have a heart condition.? I am gltuen intolerant. I was covid positive in 2021 since then I am experiencing these symptoms. I have no pain in the region of swelling. My current weight 68kg Height 5feet

What does a high PDW indicate or mean? Is there a single cause for it? Is it a worrisome condition?
