I recently checked my hba1c test .I got 108 average blood glucose and 5.4 % hba1c value . But when I test at home from last 1 week fasting everyday I am getting 128 or 126 should I start medicines or can I continue with diet and exercise?

I notice palpitations while I m sleeping.. usually during the afternoon nap. Not everyday but once in 2 -3 months or I had taken an ecg and Echo and consulted a doctor .. where he said both are normal . Is it due to gastric issues.. anxiety or something else.

Greetings.. i want to know can ekg detect a previous heart attack or cardiac episode.. 1 week ago I suffered sharp chest burning n abdomen n left arm.. after taking antacid n anxiety pill i became better and didnt go to doctor.. Today I had to take my mom to hospital n thought to get ecg done which is completely normal.. So can i feel assured that the episode wasnt heart? Echo tmt done 1.5 year back

I am feeling tremors inside my left chest from past 2-3 days. heart rate max 110 on movement and 80-95 on rest. Generally my resting heart rate is between 70-80. Today I got heart palpitations as well and light chest pressure sweating. Doctor is saying it is all due to anxiety and nothing else. Now I am getting tensed because palpitations making me uncomfortable. I have attached my lipid profile and CBC report. Please guide 🙏
