I took primary rabies vaccination complete schedule... After 4 months of last dose a stray cat scratched me with small blood seen on leg... Govt hospital Dr told me no booster dose required as last dose was within 6 months... Bt some dr says that upto 3 months u don't require booster... What is correct?? I'm safe

Dear Sir...I have chronic ingrow toenail. I manage it by myself everytime it grows inside skin I cut it myself..and treat it by myself..but the nail has become thick now and the skin beside is very dry and comes off. Please suggest what to do..should I get it removed or maintain as I am currently doing..also want to know if any further issue can arise if I manage it by myself for long time.

For the past two days, I've been suffering from a cold without a fever, with my body temperature peaking at 99.3°F. I've taken Sinarest LP for two days and one cetirizine tablet yesterday to alleviate sneezing. While the sneezing has decreased, my nose is still blocked and I feel lethargic. One year ago, I slowly developed whole body tingling, memory challenges, high heart beats, taste problem, low cognition, rapid hair loss, joint pain, hand and feet pain, heaviness and pain in head. I had been going through severe stress for few years now. I was diagnosed with B12 (122) and D3 deficiency, fatty liver 1/2, triglycerides high, a bit of abnormal cholesterol. NCS was normal. Had seen physicians and neurologist. Had some relief but never normal and fresh. Now my B12 is rather high. Have same symptoms (-taste problem, + strained eyes and occasional balance issue). Tingling is high when waking up and when thinking or stressed and remains all the time. I live alone and feel like my mental state has got stuck.

Doctor prescribed nebistar n telma for bp, anxit for sleep issues. Suppose I have neck pain, can I take myospaz or some other muscle relaxant along with bp meds and anxit? Or will there be interaction? Please advise. Thanks.
