I was talking to someone while eating food and some food stuck in throat.Now even after 48 hoursy throat inside seems sticky.Lesson learnt - never talk while eating. I drank some coconut water but still feels sticky.

For the last 2 months I'm having pressure on side head above ear, cheeks and upper jaw and jaw joint and my throat is heavy and sometimes I get poking sensation in chest as well. I am having slight dizziness since i started taking b12 from 4 months, now its 2000+ before 4 months it was 195, just a query can b12 excess in body cause dizziness and tingling sensation in body. Is b12 cause diziness ???
