Hello doctor I took an ultrasound test normally I got grade 1 fatty liver. What is the reason? Let me know I'm worried

Fatty liver can be due to various causes ,most common cause being unhealthy lifestyle and alcohol. Since It's grade 1 nothing much to worry about it since it can be reversible. If you don't pay enough attention it can progress in latee years

1st of all you need not worry very much, but we have to be careful for ur next step of health I mean u have to focus on ur diet and exercise and take some medication which prescribed by ur doctor at regular interval.

Do not be overly worried with test results.  Grade 1 fatty liver may be due to obesity,  alcohol consumption, sedentary life style. It is reversible . Kindly consult for further treatment.
