Calm down. This all goes down to your lifestyle. Grade 1 fatty liver can also be reversed back with good eating habits, weight loss (if you're overweight) and avoiding alcohol and smoking (if you do) Bloating usually happens when the lining of our stomach gets eroded and we can't digest food that easily. Razo D is fine, but you take it forever.
Next Steps
If you've done your tests, I would like to see them
Health Tips
Live 52 twice a day for two weeks, but still needs a lil more of evaluation to know everything

Do rule out Hepatitis (B & C) by Blood test, if negative then do following: 1. consider taking Multivitamins (containing Vitamin E & Omega-3 FA & zinc) 2. Since you already hv PCOS, Lifestyle Modification is the best management as it will reduce both PCOS symptoms and Liver Health. 3. As for bloating consider taking Probiotics along with Razo-D. 4. Follow-up your LFT after 1 month to see changes.

Do you have any other symptoms like loss of appetite,  nausea, bloating of abdomen,  etc? Get tested for hepatitis b and c and share results online. Also share report of ultrasound. Avoid fatty food, take more of proteins and carbohydrates. Take Cap. Multibay one morning and one evening for 30 days. Repeat liver function tests after a month.

Hlo Ma’am, For grade 1 fatty liver with mildly elevated enzymes (SGPT 70, SGOT 50), you can consider: Milk Thistle (Silymarin) – supports liver cells Omega-3 fatty acids – reduces liver fat Vitamin E (≤400 IU/day) – antioxidant effect N-Acetylcysteine (NAC) – supports liver detox Lifestyle tips: avoid added sugar, eat more fiber and liver-friendly vegetables, stay active, and maintain good sleep. Avoid unregulated “liver detox” supplements. Advice: cnsult your doctor before starting any supplement to ensure safety with PCOS, acid reflux, and current medications. I hope this helps u . Thank you 😊

Hello, mild elevation of SGPT and SGOT with grade 1 fatty liver is quite common and can usually be improved with lifestyle changes rather than supplements alone.
Next Steps
Maintain a healthy weight and include regular exercise like brisk walk 30 mins/day Limit oily, fried, and processed foods. reduce excess rice or maida. include more vegetables, fruits, and protein like dal, eggs, fish, pulses Avoid alcohol completely. Control sugar intake if you have diabetes or high cholesterol. Stay hydrated and get adequate sleep. There is no single supplement proven to reverse fatty liver, but you may take vitamin E, silymarin, or other liver-protective medicines if required. These should be taken only under medical supervision after ruling out other causes.
Health Tips
Please continue your current medications for acidity as advised by your doctor, and follow up with a physician or gastroenterologist to monitor your liver enzymes.

Grade 1 fatty liver is not much of concern, lifestyle modification like eating less oily and spicy food, taking healthy fats like omega 3 fatty acids, exercising, drinking plenty of water and eating fiber rich fruits and vegetables, will do.
Next Steps
Supplements are not required at this stage but if you want you can have BLACK COFFEE one cup in morning AND TAB. VITAMIN E 400 I.U TWICE DAILY. Do a LFT AND FIBRO SCAN AFTER 1 MONTH. If Reports doesn't improve then add TAB. UDILIV 300 MG TWICE DAILY.
Health Tips
Check your sugar level before taking VITAMIN E, as patients associate with high sugar or overuse of VITAMIN E can land up to NECROTIZING ENTEROCOLITIS.
