Enlarged liver
I have a liver size of 14.8 cm
My hight is 5.6 feet
My weight is 86 Kg
I am 30 year old Indian male
my liver function test appears normal
But I was diagnosed with Marginal Hepatomegaly with defuse fatty changes
I do take my alergy meds, But dont consume Alcohol , soft drinks and tea.
I also walk 30 Minutes a day
How can I normalise my liver.

This is most likely fatty liver and common cause for the same is obesity. You should try to lose weight by healthy diet and regular exercise
