Fever could be a side effect of vaccine. You can take Tablets Paracetamol for the fever. If the fever persists for more than 24 hours then you should consult a General Physician in your area.

Post-rabies fever and joint pains are common side effects of the rabies vaccine, which can be managed with over-the-counter pain relievers, rest, and hydration, and usually resolve on their own within a few days.
