1. Increase salt intake: Consume electrolyte-rich foods or drinks, like coconut water or ors drinks. 2. Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration. 3. Electrolyte balance: Consume foods rich in potassium, magnesium, and calcium. 4. Compression stockings: Wear stockings to improve blood flow. 5. Gradual standing: Rise slowly from sitting or lying down. 6. Exercise regularly: Engage in physical activities to improve circulation. 7. Manage stress: Practice relaxation techniques like meditation or deep breathing. 8. Avoid caffeine and alcohol: Limit or avoid these substances. 9. Vitamin B12 supplements: Ensure adequate levels, as deficiencies can contribute to postural hypotension. 10. Elevate head of bed: Sleep with the head of your bed raised to improve circulation. Additionally, try: - Drinking water before standing up - Taking small, frequent meals - Avoiding standing for long periods - Using a walking stick or cane for support

Maintain very good hydration Before getting up from the bed , make sure to sit him up for 2 minutes from the bed and then make him to walk This could not be postural hypotension, could also be due to vertigo ( does he hear any sounds in his ear , any. Giddiness with postural variation on lying on the bed??)
Next Steps
first document whether it is postural hypotension , by measuring standing and sitting bp other causes has to be ruled out. eg : vertigo
