I got tetanus shot ~15 September'23 and today that is 15 april'24 i got a cut from door metal. Little bit of blood was coming out, i cleaned the wound with savalon and applied bandaid. Do i need another tt shot today? Kindly help. I have also attached the photos

Hi dr, Want to talk to u all... Been suffering from health anxities ( hypochondriac) since last 5 years. We ask same question again and again for our symtoms but not because we are purposely doing...it is our anxities, brain who are forcing us. We try to control to not ask again but 90% hypochondriac paitents are helpless... I have seen 1000 drs in last 5 years for any cancer phobia. Yes, i get scared, panic attack, shiver whenevr anything changes in body... We dnt do purposely... we dnt want to irritate anyone but we are helpless Hypochondriac is normal anxities.. So , if u get angry , cancel our consultation, avoid us... dnt u think ..it is injustice with your own profession We seek ur help to handle our heart beats, but if u treat us like animal, scold us...dnt u think we will get more scared... Cancer phobia is not easy... It has runined my life..taken my job, lost 4lakh in last 5 year in testing.. But when dr avoid us..it create panic.. Please give us time.. we want to live...

Hi doctor My friend attempted for suicide 4 days ago by consuming more than 10 ceterizine tablets. Was taken up hospital n they made to vomit and stomach cleaned. Next day discharged with drowsy and slpt well for full day. On and off she use to get giddiness and imbalanced for a while n then vl become normal. Tells her head headache n today slight fever too. I had sinusitis. I visited an ENT doctor who prescribed the below medicines twice a day for 5 days - Augmentin 625, zerodol SP, Mucolite and Bilasure M. Today is the last day of the medication. Ever since i started this medication, i have been experiencing acidity. No matter what or how much i eat, i end up burping all day and it is making me feel fatigue. I occasionally had diarrhea too. Is this problem due to the medication?
