Sir/Madam My lower right quadrant abdominal (near the waist line) is paining from yesterday morning .Pain does not increases with activity but pain is there sometime little pain increases while sitting also...what may be the reason please guide me

Hello respected doctors... I'm taking Cefixime 200, Ofloxacin 200 Two times daily...for my Thypiod 🤕 since 10 Days but no showing any improvement... very mild fever 99 F is there  from day 1 to day 10.... that's my Only symptom from day 1 to day 10.... . . can i take Azithromycin along with Cefixime and Ofloxacin??? is there any contra indication? is it ok to take 3 antibiotics daily? or any better alternative for Azithromycin which goes along with Cefixime and Oflaxcin without any reaction between them 🤕🤕🤕
