I feel imbalance now a days, sometimes breathlessness also, dont know why. My ecg echo tmt reports are normal and are done several times. These tests were done in last week. But still i am very restless why this is happening. Electrolytes are also within normal range except potassium which is 3.5 and for that i am eating bananas. Just 5-10 mints ago i was lying on ned and i felt myself imbalanced for 2-3 seconds. Pl help. I am very very very perplexed.
