Are these withdrawals? Recently went whole 20 hours but the withdrawals made me cave in. Probably for the first time in last 1 year. Please let me know if they are normal. Some symptoms: - hypersensitivity towards my heartbeat. I could feel the constant pounding of heart but my smartwatch measured the heartrate between 68-85 bpm. - breathing felt a little fast. Not very fast as if I was gasping for air but still not normal. - fatigue. Like it took way more effort to actually sit down to work than normal. & Constant cravings to go and smoke. - a kind of restlessness that I cannot explain.

I have been having multiple health issues lately. And i am scared of going for investigations out of the fear for terminal cancer! I have tailbone area pain(xray is clear) and i was asked for mri but i never went! Just because i am afraid it will bring up some serious cancer like Chordoma. I had cough lasting for a month and after very difficultly i went for xray and consultation, yet i still face cough sometimes and lower throat tickles sometimes. I do want to go for further investigations with ent but i am scared and not going cuz i am afraid of CANCER! How do i get past this? I am mentally suffering so much. Even a mere blood tests scares me, like what will the result bring etc.. Please guide me through this. I am getting suicidal thoughts because of this sometimes out of anxiety

Hello doctor, I am having Cerebral Palsy spastic type and  recently diagnose with Ankoylsis spondylosis for that I am on immunosuppresnt medicine that's injection and for spasticity taking muscle relaxant and some times pain killer also Now Dr prescribed me nexito 5 or fludac 20 for anxiety, stress ,  sleep issues. I wants to know is it safe to start these medicines along with my existing medicines and between two fludac & nexito which one is more safer & effective. Kindly advice TIA

I was watching tv and suddenly i measured my bpm and it came to be 60. My bpm used to be in 80-90 range. Is this serious problem? Actually i am getting imbalance feeling sometimes. Ecg echo tmt are normal. Pl guide.

What time of the day is best to check Blood pressure. Should we be resting ? How many readings should be taken ? During the day my BP is high but normal when am resting and at home I am monitoring since 10 days .

I take magnesium before sleeping. I took one dose sometime back. I had a migraine today so was wondering if I could take a saridon but I took magnesium sometime back so will it have a negative affect?
