Dear Doctors, . Off late my issue is that I find my heels of one leg larger/swelled up than the other. There is no associated pain. And I myself am not sure if there is a swelling , but I do know that one heel is a bit more big when I touch and feel it. I am attaching the photo of my feet. I am having vibration and imbalance kind of feeling in my body, mostly at rest. Sometimes chest feels heavy. And this is very scary. All tests have been done. Ecg echo tmt etc. Still I'm clueless of these events. Cant sleep due to fear. Can ride bike easily, can walk easily and even run. But these random imbalance feeling is very frightening.
