Flu

I very frequently suffer with cough and the main reason is that the mucus never clears out completely. I struggle with spitting it out how usually i have seen people doing around me. Steam and gargle are temporary fix as the cough returns. I don't have any underlying problem and have gotten myself checked the only issue is the mucus Is there a way to get rid of mucus completely. Any medicine any procedure?

I recently got my Vitamin D3 tested and the result came as 8.5 ng/ml. I have been advised to take one injection Arachitol 6 Lakh unit and repeat it after 6 weeks again. Is it safe to take such high dosage at once? Will it result in overdose or high calcium level/kidney stones etc ? Kindly advice

Hi, from last few days I am having cramps in my stomach. I took Health Ok ORS and it gave me relief. However, I continue to have pain in neck and head area. It is like a tingling effect which gives pain. It starts from shoulder and goes upto head.

I had doubts regarding tetanus shots, and their duration of protection provided. I have always been taking those 20-30 rupees shots at my local pharmacy shop and they say that the protection lasts 3-6 months. On internet it says those are booster shots that provide protection lasting 8-10 years. Which one is correct? Are booster shots different from what i have been taking? And how often those 20-30 rupees shots (i am sorry for calling it that since i am unsure of the name of the vaccine) should i take? I have been vaccinated for tetanus during my childhood. A proper answer clearing all my doubts would be appreciated, thankyou :)
