I am 17.5 years old and my height is 5 feet 6inch actually i am now worried about my height as i want to join police department or army and in these department height plays a major role so is "it possible now to increase my height" with streaching twice a day (daily) and with a good diet and with some good supplement ??? My father's height is same as mine and mother's height is 5 feet 1 inch ?? (And in my family my grand father was tall) Is it possible???

Ever since I have shifted from abroad I live in constant fear of rabies here as there are so many stray dogs, cats etc on the streets. Today in afternoon I was purchasing fruits and one of them fell on the ground, before I could react the seller picked it and put it in packet along with rest. The ground was a bit wet as they keep throwing water to reduce heat. I reached home after 10 mins, but forgot and touched the door handles, other stuff and my face with the same hands. And my old mother too closed the door touching same handle. Now I am afraid that if anyone dog's saliva might have been on the ground, can my mother or I be at risk of rabies?

Is it possible to get infection with rabies if a person picks an abject from a ground, like a fruit etc, the ground being a bit damp with water and after 10 mins or so touches his face or eats something with his hands? There wasn't any dog at the place at that time but what is a few minutes before a dog's saliva might have fallen on that spot as it was on the road and so many stray animals roam. Please guide if vaccination needed. Request to answer the query and not ask to consult. That is why I chose the ask free question option. I have consulted several times in past too.
