If i am taking. Uprise d3 60 k for deficiency 10. 4 weeks i have completed the uprise d3 Now next 4 weeks should i take one shot 60k Or uprise. Only

I had a cut yesterday on my finger from a rusted nail so I went ahead and got a tetanus shot. I actually had taken a shot on Nov 2023. Could it be an issue?

As I get older I realize I can't get quality sleep. I did a full body checkup, doctors say I am fine. Is it okay to take alprazolam every night? I know people frown upon sedatives, but can someone explain why it's wrong? Does it affect the brain or liver if we take long term?

I don't have any symptoms, just I have taken this test as a simply taken body checkup. Then I got know this number are not in normal. Hey I m finding difficult in sleep from last 8 days some days I m sleeping for 4 hour some days for 1 hour and someday not at all.. today I went to general physician he prescribed me ssri..i really I don't want to take that... because last time two years back when I take it I face adverse reactions due to it over my eyes...that time i used to take zolpi 10 mg .can you suggest which medicine which will be best for this situation.

I was measuring my bp. It came out to be normal. But bp machine showrd irregular heartbeat for the first time and last two readings were normal. I am very much trouble since than beacuse sometimes i feel a rare feeling in chest and lower throat too and heart beat changes after that, i think it is skipped beat. All my test are normal and are done many times. Ecg echo tmt. I am very very very much Afraid of cardiac arrest etc. As i have seen it happening in front of me. Please guide.

I can do daily tasks easily, can walk, run, climb staits easily. But when i sit i feel imbalanced. Feels like bed is shaking sometimes. Sometimes when i go to sleep i feel chakkar type. Due to cardiac fear i have done echo and tmt twice in last 6 months and many times ecg. Pl guide what it is. I also had one breathlessness episode while sleeping which become normal after 1-2 minutes. I'm restless due to all this. Sometimes a wired feeling in chest (mostly on middle upper chest) happens and feels heavy for a instance. Pl guide.

Sometimes I get blood clot near my knee. It doesn't pain or anything but sometimes I see clots. What is the reason for this. Is it something serious? Should I consult the doctor. It comes and go within few days. I have attached a pic.
