Is a ferrous ascorbate and folic acid tablet safe to take daily for iron deficiency? What is the diet for iron deficiency?

Dear sir three days before I intake tea morning,pain start in abdomen fullness three days but not relief why reason gastric, acidity, infection no fever,no vomit ,no loose motions but stomec pain in upper centre why please help

I sometimes have slight uneasiness in upper chest. Echo and tmt are done recently and are normal as per cardiologist. Holter is also normal. But i have wired feeling and thoughts when going to sleep and find it very hard to sleep. I keep on thinking of heart issue. I ran 1 km daily since last 5 days. Today i ran slightly more than 1 km. Hi doctors, I have started taking Folvite Active for my B12 levels. I rarely eat non veg my current level is 371.6 reference range mentioned is in between 197-771. So can I continue the capsule, if yes what time in the day can I take?
