I am feeling weak and feverish.. nausea and stomach is upset.. stool is blackish.. dont feel like eating anything.. feel lethargic.. what should i do ??

Sometimes, means 2-3 times in a day i get a strange feeling in chest and some part of throat. A little heaviness is felt. I feel my heart beat changes after that. I am very very afraid whether it is skipped beats or what. I have gastric issues too Sometimes. That's why i am asking for your guidance. Ech echo tmt all are normal.

Hi. In my blood test report, potassium level is 5.8 The limit is below 5.5 Rest body tests are normal. Some doctors say this much of variation is not to be bothered about as lab tests may vary. Should i go for another potassium check? Is this a cause of concern?

I'm feeling shaky inside, like how u shake a bottle. I can't skip my meals, feeling hungry often, even though I'm having an adequate amount of food. If I don't eat I feel more shaky. I have a dry throat and mouth as well. My fasting glucose is 77, BP is normal. Vitamins and hemoglobin are also within normal range. May I know the cause for shakiness, I'm finding it very difficult to handle on a day to day basis
