It's surprising to see such low levels of iron in a male .
Yes you got to supplement but more importantly you should work with your doctor on finding root cause of this nutritional deficiency. Also nutritional deficiencies do not occur in-silo, infact you likely have many more nutritional deficiencies may be at subclinical levels .

Based on your reports, it appears you have a lower-than-normal hemoglobin level and serum iron deficiency. This can contribute to symptoms like fatigue, weakness, and reduced immunity. Improving these levels generally involves dietary changes and possibly supplementation.
Here are some initial steps you could consider:
1. Iron-rich Foods: Incorporate more iron-rich foods such as spinach, legumes, red meat, poultry, and fortified cereals into your diet.
2. Vitamin C: This vitamin helps in iron absorption. Pairing iron-rich foods with sources of Vitamin C like citrus fruits, strawberries, and bell peppers can be beneficial.
3. Avoid Tea/Coffee with Meals: These can inhibit iron absorption, so it’s best to have them separately from iron-rich foods.
4. Supplements: Iron supplements might be needed, but it’s important to follow the correct dosage as advised by a healthcare provider to avoid any side effects.
For a more tailored plan and possibly a prescription for supplements, I recommend connecting for a detailed consultation. Feel free to WhatsApp me at eight-zero-zero-nine-eight-two-one-three-three-two for better evaluation and personalized treatment options.
Increasing your intake of green leafy vegetables and other vegetables like beetroot, can help you achieve better levels.
