Hi USG neck for my wife revealed thyroiditis. She also has developed some swollen lymph nodes at back of neck which seem to be growing in size. CBC is normal and TSH value is 8.4. What can be done?

Consulted cardiology Doctor and he prescribed prolomet xl 25 mg mrng and nexisto ls at night time...i have consulted nuero physician and he prescribed only petril beta 10 at morning time...which medicine i need to continue..is these additive or habit forming tablets?
