I would suggest to take men’s don supplements and vitamin D you can take 60 K once weekly I would also suggest to fix your diet first so take plenty of green leafy vegetables and a lot of protein as well to fix this. If you are a vegetarian paneer and tofu would have a lot of vitamin D and vitamin B12 to help you.

Come by for a consultation so I can give you a prescription and a diet plan

As you mentioned that you are having body pain , and you have been diagnosed as vit b12 and vit d deficiency. If you don't have any symptoms of fever, chills, then your symptoms might be due to vitamin deficiency. If you experience any symptoms of fever then it's better you get tested for Dengue NS1, Chikengunya IGM, MPFT.
Next Steps
Take TAB NEUROBION FORTE 0-0-1 for 30 days INJ UPRISE 60K once a week for next 8 weeks TAB CALCIUM 500MG 0-1-0 for a month See if any improvement is there
Health Tips
If symptoms persist or worse, then kindly consult

This pain might be a neuropathy, and may be attributed to Vitamin b12 deficiency. But a generalised examination is also warranted. Take over the counter pain medications and vitamin b complex, and calcium plus vitamin d3.

Do you have any fever? I think a physical examination is required before starting the treatment. One symptom alone is not sufficient.
