It could be normal.
Dengue is known to be associated with low white cell count and low platelet count.
Please get a repeat CBC one week after this report.
Platelets in good number, nothing to worry, however repeat it after 2 days to see the trend of increase or decrease in platelets, which will further guide us for monitoring and management
Cells count in this report are only of WBC (white blood cell) which are the cells which fight against infections and all other cells are normal in range ,it means body is doing good and is recovering
Platelet count decreases in Dengue fever.Platelets are cells which fight infection in the body.Since there was infection, platelets fight against it and count reduces.
Take plenty of fluids and adequate rest.
Count will increase gradually.

As you mentioned that the child had Dengue 6 days back, and in this report, the platelet count is in normal range, so there is no need to worry about total count as of now if there are no other symptoms.
It would have been better if you would have posted both old and the recent reports, so that we could have assesed the progress.
Next Steps
Drink plenty of water
Take proper rest
Have healthy balanced diet
1st of all sir they are not low.. if u r talking about the platelets count..
They r good .
We have to compare them with the last report..
and moreover if u r talking about tlc they r quite low as body needs some time to heal.. they will soon be ohk
U just need the check the physical condition of the patient like fever vomiting diarrhoea any rash etc etc
No need to worry, platelet counts are normal. WBC will be back to normal again soon. Drink plenty of fluids, have proper diet and get rest.
Repeat the test after 5days and review.
