The itching you're experiencing may be due to a dermatological cause so consult a good dermatologist in your area and get a diagnosis

Your absolute monocyte count is ok,so need not worry .
Rbc count isnt too low and a diet rich in leafy greens should be sufficient.
however,itching needs to be evaluated.
