High monocytes and low RBC levels in your blood test can indicate a few things, but let’s break it down. 1. High Monocytes (8.4%): Monocytes are a type of white blood cell involved in fighting infections and inflammation. Elevated monocyte levels can indicate infection, inflammation, or a more chronic condition like autoimmune issues. 2. Low RBC (Red Blood Cells): Low RBC levels might suggest anemia, which could be related to iron deficiency, vitamin deficiency, or even chronic inflammation.
Next Steps
Given the itching, there may be an underlying inflammatory or infectious process.
Health Tips
It’s essential to discuss these results with a doctor, who can review the full context of your symptoms and possibly recommend further tests or treatments.

It might be due to some allergy. Is there any rashes? slightly low RBC count might relate to nutritional factors, stress, or a minor infection. Send me your reports. According to your report we can suggest.
Next Steps
kindly consult and provide detailed history for proper diagnosis and further management.
Health Tips
Keep track of what causes your allergies and avoid those things as much as possible. Increasing your intake of leafy greens and iron-rich foods could support RBC production.

The reports seem normal to me , The itching you're experiencing may be due to a dermatological cause so consult a good dermatologist in your area and get a diagnosis
Next Steps
You can take a variety of medications for itching but I usually write T.montec lc - 2 times a day for my patients
Health Tips
Itching can also be non-dermatological but usually we have to rule of the skin causes first so kindly consult with a dermatologist first and then other specialists as referred by the dermatologist... Have a nice day, take care

Itching with high monocytes could sometimes indicate an underlying inflammatory or allergic condition. Additionally, a slightly low RBC count might relate to nutritional factors, stress, or a minor infection. Increasing your intake of leafy greens and iron-rich foods could support RBC production. However, persistent itching should not be ignored as it may need specific tests to pinpoint the exact cause.
