Here’s some general advice you can consider: 1. Anti-inflammatory Medications: Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) like ibuprofen can help relieve joint pain. 2. Hydration: stay well-hydrated, as dehydration can worsen joint pain during a fever. 3. Rest: Resting the joints and avoiding strenuous activities can help with recovery. 4. Warm Compresses: Applying a warm compress or soaking in a warm bath may provide some relief for aching joints.
Next Steps
Also I would suggest you to have CBC and dengue NS & igM tests done to rule out conditions like dengue and chickengunya
Health Tips
If the joint pain persists even after the fever subsides, or if there are any signs of swelling, stiffness, or redness around the joints, you should see a healthcare professional for further evaluation.

Hello, It seems you are experiencing fever with severe joint pains for the past two days. While your fever is coming under control, it's important to address the joint pain effectively. I recommend you to first get a complete blood count (CBC) and tests for inflammatory markers like the Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate (ESR) and C-Reactive Protein (CRP). This will help identify any underlying infections or inflammatory conditions, including possibilities like Chikungunya or Dengue. In the meantime, ensure you stay well-hydrated and consume a diet rich in fruits and green leafy vegetables. You may consider over-the-counter pain relief medications, but it's essential to consult a healthcare professional for personalized advice. For a more detailed evaluation and treatment plan, please consult me directly or reach out via WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two. Take care and hope you feel better soon.

This needs to be investigated with elaborate history and blood checkups. Fever with joint pains in this season could be a sign of dengue. Proper information about other signs and blood reports are needed.
Next Steps
Take proper rest and and get a CBC done ASAP. Until then, you can take DOLO 650 for fever. For further treatment plan, you can schedule a consult with me.
Health Tips
If there's any sign of skin bleed or abdomen pains, take quick action.
