Doctors please help having leucocytosis ...having severe sob as well chest X-ray and ct normal..is this value normal please explain

Dear sir/madam am raju, some time when hungry got tired and sweating and hand shaking not all time some time, this symptoms lunch time or take small lunch after when i eat, is normal, this symptoms not come every day some time, i have kit in sugar and bp, i will test it was normal both, bp and sugar what test i will do this problem, morning and night cheak bp sugar normal

What causes hunger, sweat and tremors i will  cheak sugar it was normal, and bp also normal what is the reason this problem what test i will do

I just underwent ecg and it showed early repolarization along with sinus rhythm and normal ecg. I am hell afraid as it shows that it can cause sudden cardiac death. Please guide. Within one week i have done echo and tmt too and they were normal. Mets in ecg was 13.5. But this has made me very very worried. I was feeling random imbalance, that's why i underwent this ecg.

Advised to take Lumia 60K for 3 months along with calcium supplement shelcal 500 for 3 months. Vit D level - 8 and calcium- 10.4 Now, taking calcium supplement will elevate the blood calcium level by any chance as there is already adequate calcium..
