It is common for platelet counts to fluctuate during and after dengue fever. A drop in platelet count during the acute phase is typical, and it usually starts recovering as the infection subsides. The rise from 220 to 555 is a positive sign, indicating recovery. However, it is crucial to monitor platelet levels regularly to ensure they are stabilising. If you experience any new symptoms or if the platelet count decreases again, it's essential to get immediate medical attention. If fever have subsided and if there is symptomatical improvement then it’s a good sign . As platelet is also in an increasing trend . You are recovering . Keep yourself hydrated . Check for CBC after 5-7 days now that’s it
